Jennifer joined Finger Lakes Hearing Center in 2013, and she works primarily in the Geneva office. She has her Associate of Applied Science in office technology from Cayuga Community College. She has over 20 years of experience working in the medical field. She is responsible for answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and general office support. Her experience in the office makes her compassionate and understanding with patients. In 2016 Jennifer received an Outstanding First Impression award from Audigy.
Jennifer is a native of Waterloo, New York, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. She enjoys sporting events with her family, reading, and various crafts.
